1. Definitions

- “Company” means Patrick Rackow t/a Follow Me Walking Tours, of 185 Earlsfield Road London SW18 3DD.

- “Customer” or “You” means the person(s) who book and/or take part in the tour.

- “Tour” means the walking tour, guided walk, virtual tour or related service provided by the Company.

- “Booking” means a confirmed reservation for a Tour.

2. Acceptance of Terms

- By booking or attending a Tour you accept and agree to these Terms & Conditions. The Company may update these terms from time to time; the version published at time of booking applies to that Booking.

3. Booking & Payment

- Bookings are confirmed only when full payment (or deposit if applicable) is received.

- Prices are quoted in GBP and include any stated taxes (e.g., VAT where applicable). The Company reserves the right to correct pricing errors.

4. Prices, Concessions & Group Rates

- Special concession prices where applicable (eg students, seniors, children) must be supported by valid ID on the day.

- Group discounts apply only when pre-agreed and confirmed in writing.

5. Cancellation & Refund Policy (Customers)

Customer shall be entitled to a full refund in the event that a tour is cancelled by the Company.
